Solutions
01. Floating Icon
Allow users to trigger the chatbot themselves when assistance is needed or there is a specific question that the visitor wants answered.
02. Seamless integration
Incorporate a collapsible overlay that aims to integrate AI as a natural part of the user's workflow rather than a separate agent.
03. Informative Welcome Message
When users initiate a conversation, display a friendly and informative welcoming message that introduces the chat assistant, sets expectations for its capabilities, and guides users on how to interact with the tool effectively.
04. Speech-to-Text Integration
Include a voice input button or icon alongside the chat interface to indicate the availability of integrated speech-to-text functionality, allowing users to verbally speak their queries or requests and have it converted into text.
05. Suggested Prompts
Offer contextual suggestions or recommendations to provide meaningful assistance and guidance.
06. Use the company logo as the default icon for generated answers
Clearly indicating which questions or content were AI-generated and offer users an easy way to undo or modify those changes.
07. User control and freedom
An edit function allows users to have control over their actions and provides a route to step back or change course; empowering users to make informed decisions.
